Industrial Boiler Repair & Service in San Antonio

ASME Section IX certified welders and boiler technicians, based here — not three hours away on the Gulf Coast. Emergency dispatch 24 hours a day.

The Specialist Gap in the San Antonio Market

If you operate industrial boilers in San Antonio, you've probably run into this. The contractors who are local and available usually don't hold code welding credentials. The firms that do hold ASME stamps and documented welding procedures are in Houston, Baytown, or Pasadena — 180 miles and three hours away, and you pay for that mobilization on every call.

RamTech Mechanical exists to close that gap. We're a San Antonio industrial boiler and mechanical systems specialist with ASME Section IX certified welders in house, working to ASME Section I and B31.1/B31.3 pressure piping standards, available around the clock.

And every job — emergency or scheduled — closes with a written report telling you what failed, why it failed, and what to do about it. Not a line-item invoice. A diagnosis.

Available 24/7

Emergency Boiler Repair — 24 Hours a Day

Boilers don't fail during business hours. When yours does, you get a certified technician dispatched from San Antonio, not a message service taking your details for a callback in the morning.

We target on-site arrival in under two hours across most of the metro, depending on your location and technician availability. We'll give you a real ETA on the phone and text you the technician's name — so you know who's coming and when.

Root Cause Analysis

For the failures that keep coming back. We find the cause, not just the symptom — and we put it in writing.

Texas Boiler Compliance, Tracked on a Calendar

Texas requires every boiler you operate to be registered with a current certificate of operation. Facilities subject to EPA Boiler MACT carry a separate tune-up clock — biennial tune-ups no more than 25 months after the previous one, five-year tune-ups no more than 61 months.

These are dated obligations that don't pause for a busy quarter. For our maintenance customers we track the dates, schedule the work ahead of the deadline, and maintain the documentation — so nothing lapses and nobody is assembling paperwork the week before an inspection.

Why Local Response Matters

Mobilization distance is not a detail. It's the difference between a four-hour interruption and a shift you never get back.

At the median, industrial decision-makers put unplanned downtime at roughly $125,000 per hour, and 83% say it costs at least $10,000 per hour. Against numbers like that, a crew that's already in Bexar County is worth more than a lower hourly rate from a firm that has to load a truck in Baytown first.

We're not the cheapest option in San Antonio, and we don't try to be. We're the one that shows up, fixes it to code, and documents it.
